Workshop peak week, posing and challenge

Join the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation during this workshop to learn about how to have a good peak week, learn posing before getting on stage at the WNBF Grand Dutch Naturals Cup and participate in the natural challenge to win prizes.

Next to the activities you will have the opportunity to meet likeminded athletes and to ask all your questions about  competing and natural bodybuilding.

This workshop is a great preparation to your participation in the WNBF Netherlands Grand Dutch Naturals Cup on September 21st, in Baarn.

Deelname aan de workshop is gratis voor for WNBF Netherlands leden. Niet-leden betalen €17,50 per persoon voor deze workshop.
