Workshop get prepared for a natural WNBF competition

This workshop will take place at DSKV IJzersterk, the student strength sports association in Delft. You’ll have the chance to meet a community of passionate gym-goers and serious athletes. Their goal is to keep pushing themself and to help each other along the way. They started out in 2015 as a powerlifting association, over time they expanded into weightlifting, and now they want to venture into bodybuilding.
Join this extremely motivated group in the workshop presenting:

• how to get prepared for a natural bodybuilding competition;
• ⁠how to pose according to the rules of WNBF;
• how to evolve as natural athlete.

The workshop is free of charge for WNBF Netherlands members. Non-members pay €17,50 for this workshop.
